There are some very promising pieces of proposed legislation in the Massachusetts legislature right now! If they pass, it will make a significant difference in carbon emissions for years to come.

The first step is to learn about these bills. Once you know about them, you can join others to campaign and lobby for them.

Mark Dyen will do a presentation for JCAN explaining the different bills. He explains things in a way that you can understand them. And you can ask questions.

Mark Dyen is an energy efficiency and renewable energy advocate and retired energy efficiency entrepreneur.
