We had a wonderful seder at The Pryde in Hyde Park on April 2!

It featured an intersectional haggadah that focused on LGBTQIA+ history as well as climate justice. We also heard the true story of why we now feature an orange on our seder plate.
As we went through the haggadah, we took time to remember people who inspired us in our fights for equality, climate justice, and social justice in general. Many of the stories were touching, and a powerful reminder that kindness and generosity reverberate across generations.
We closed our seder with twists on the traditional seder meal–featuring four different kinds of charoset, among other things–and enough leftover matzoh for everyone to practice making their new favorite, matzoh lasagna.
A fantastic intergenerational event–can’t wait to do it next year!
