Research shows that majorities of registered voters prefer candidates who support action on the climate, want development of clean energy sources, and support policies to reduce the pollution that causes global warming. However, an estimated 11.2 million environmentalists did not vote in the 2024 presidential election, and many more skip midterm, state, and local elections.
Our speaker, Nathaniel Stinnett, will share strategies to motivate the climate voter. He is the Founder & Executive Director of the Environmental Voter Project. Named one of five global “climate visionaries” by The New York Times in 2018, and dubbed “The Voting Guru” by Grist magazine, Stinnett is a frequent expert speaker on cutting-edge campaign techniques and the behavioral science behind getting people to vote.
